This course focuses on the theories and practices of change management and the organizational development process. This course investigates the forces that have pushed organizations to change and development, as well as the dimensions of change and approaches to the development process. Students will learn about all aspects of organizational change, including definitions and process models, change leadership, elements of discovery and diagnosis, interventions for individuals, groups, and organizations, and organizational transformation. |
