- Ownership of Course Materials:
- AUM owns the copyright for instructional materials produced by faculty members as part of their assigned teaching duties. This includes multimedia, web-based courses, presentations, and study materials.
- Materials created as part of general employment duties are considered university property. Additional rewards may be granted at the university's discretion.
- AUM retains the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, and archive course materials.
- Faculty must ensure their materials comply with copyright and legal standards to prevent breaches or infringements.
