ABOUT eFAWATEERCom :

eFAWATEERCom, Jordan's first national electronic bill presentment and payment system owned by the Central Bank of Jordan and operated by MadfooatCom. Allowing you to pay any form of bills and other payment inquiries through your banks, billers, and payment service providers (PSP) - which include the Jordan post, Carrefour, Miles, Safeway, and Farida.

So how does it work ?

Login to your online banking page:

  1. Enter your user name
  2. Enter your password
  3. select eFAWATEERcom
  4. Press the word "new bill"
  5. After that you have to do the following:
    • choose the biller name "American University" from the list of billers
    • choose the service name "Deposit Transportation, Tuition Fees" From the list of services
    • please enter the Student Number in the space provided
  6. Press the word user name "query" to see the invoice 
  7. click on the word "pay" in order to select pay this bill
  8. Press the "OK" to confirm the Press the payment process
