Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Department

Director

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-   A master’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Administrative from a reputable university is plus.

-   At least Five years of proper experience in senior positions preferably in academic institutions.

-   Human resources leadership and analytical capabilities. 

-   Professional human resources             certificates and/or experience is a plus.

-   Strong knowledge of employment, labor, and compliance laws.

-   English language proficiency; reading, writing, speaking and listening.

-        Strong leadership and management skills and ability to inspire others.

-        Skills of strategizing and prioritizing human resources at the University. 

-        Strong communication skills.

-        Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities on different organizational levels.

-        Human resources planning capabilities and skills.

-        Strong human resources capacity building competencies and problem solving skills.

-        Teamwork spirit and collaborative skills.

-        Ability to develop human resources measures and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

-        HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead a comprehensive HR strategic plan, including workforce planning and change management.

-        Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, job specs, and seamless onboarding.

-        Culture & Relations: Cultivate engagement, ethical awareness, internal communications, and handle employee relations discreetly.

-        Performance & Development: Drive appraisals, training needs analysis, professional development, and mentorship.

The HR Director will be responsible for shaping AUM’s culture, HR- related policies, and processes to support our mission and long-term growth.
