This course gives an understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical applications of marketing strategies to professional sport, special events, international sport, broadcasting, facility management, and sporting industry. The course gives marketing students an opportunity to apply key marketing concepts and strategies within various settings in order to gain a better understanding of both participant and spectator markets.
