This course provides an in-depth exploration of research methodologies used in the fields of psychology and nutrition. Students will learn to design, conduct, and analyze research studies that investigate the complex interactions between psychological factors and nutritional behaviours. The course covers both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including experimental design, surveys, observational studies, and data analysis techniques. Emphasis will be placed on ethical considerations, the interpretation of research findings, and the application of research to real-world health and nutritional issues.
