| This course covers practical methods for preparing different types of solid pharmaceutical dosage forms. The course will include: skills in pharmaceutical industry, mainly two unit dosage forms; capsules and tablets, in which the student practices the formulation of tablets which are then subjected to different aspects of tablet quality control tests. Tablet treatment such as sugar coating process in which the steps of this process and problems encountered during it are dealt with. |
