| This course is intended to introduce and explore the tools used for genetic diagnosis of diseases on the chromosomal level. This involves the principles of chromosomal preparation, applying different chromosomal banding techniques, chromosomal analysis and karyotyping, high resolution chromosomal analysis, chromosomal abnormalities and their nomenclature along with an introduction to FISH and CGH techniques |
