The course covers the principles and the standard techniques involved in laboratory analysis of body fluids, including, cerebral spinal fluid, synovial fluid, seminal fluid, urine, pleural, peritoneal, pericardial, stool and sputum; their normal characteristics and pathological changes in diseases. There are some case studies emphasizing the correlation of results with pathological status.
