This course provides the vocabulary and abbreviations used in the medical field. It also introduces all word elements associated with each system and their meanings. It helps students understand the basic rules of building and analyzing medical terms. Utilizing a system approach, this course allows students to be able to define and pronounce medical terms relating to the human body including its basic anatomy, diseases, diagnosis and clinical procedures.
