Dear Graduating Students,

We are pleased to announce that the 11th Graduation Ceremony of the American University of Madaba (AUM) will be held on:

 Thursday, September 19, 2025
 Time: 7:00 PM
 Venue: The Cultural Palace – Amman

This ceremony will honor graduates of the fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters of the academic year 2024/2025.

 Graduation Gowns

The newly designed graduation gowns are now available for collection at the Logistics Department. To receive your gown, you must:

1.     Complete the clearance process (براءة الذمة).

2.     Pay the graduation fees.

3.     Present and submit a copy of the official payment receipt to the Logistics Department.

 Graduation Photos

Please note:

• Photos will only be accepted if taken in the new official gown.
• Photos must be taken at one of the approved Al-Jubeiha Studios.
• Photos taken in old gowns or at non-approved studios will not be accepted.

 Ceremony Registration – Required

To confirm your participation in the graduation ceremony, you must:

1.     Register using the official Google Form

2.     Upload a copy of your graduation fee receipt via the form

This registration is mandatory to account for the number of participants and complete preparations for the ceremony.
